Sure you could create a punishment type if you think its better this way, im not the inventor of punishments (If i remember right a guy named slaveless made the first cards)

I thought there was a specific Punishment card that prevent you from drawing another Nice Mistress Punishment, but I haven't been able to find it.

On Rough Mistress.008, the last two words should be "has priority" rather than "is primarily". Otherwise, these are really cool cards.
