at how Battles Work:
all Trainers have a powercoint Rocko = Rock:3 Ground:3 =Powerlevel:6
then you set your Token:
Bsp1: 2 Watertokens
BSP2: 12 Firetokens
BSP3: 6 electric tokens
BSP4: 1 Watertoken; 2 Psycic Tokens
then the bet tokens will be multiplced with the effecktec counters
bsp1: Water: 2 x2(effecktic against rock) x2(effecktiv against ground) =8
BsP2: Fire: 12 x0,5(not effecktiv against Rock) x1(neutral against ground)=6
Bsp3: elektric 6 x1(neutral against rock) x0no effeckt against ground =0
BSP4 Water: 1 x2(effecktic against rock) x2(effecktiv against ground) =4
Psycic: 2 x1(neutral rock) x2(neutral against ground) =2
4+2=6
then if the won bet endpower is equal or higher then the trainerpower, you win the battle, if not, then you loose.
All Counters you bet will be lost after the battle.
you dont have to bet any counters, but you will loose the battle then.
you get an game over, when you have no tokens left.
mayby i could put sriptparts together , like a LEGO-set if you exlpain me, how to do that.
and eddit values on already existing recurring formulas (like the battle formula of the trainer cards)

The problem i see is that fights are predetermined, means you wont spend tokens on a battles you will lose anyway.
And you can always calculate the tokens so that you win close enough.
This should be changed for a more exiting expierience. Maybe only show the total power but not what kind of token the enemy trainer has? But still depending on the trainer you can pretty much guess what Pokemons/Tokens they will use.
But i like the token system since catching pokemon-like cards would be much work even if you only do the first 150 pokemons.
