CTITanChan is now present a Discord Bot

Well she is not fully present but she is able to announce card uploads in our CTIDB.
Try it out and upload your cards ; )
Since most of the chat is happening on discord for a while i thought it would be cool to bring these two places closer together.
The PHP-Library is limited though to spawning messages.
In the future i would like her to also listen to conversations on discord and grant Keys here for activity on discord.
